Since its constitution, MyNet has recruited talents and professionals who have entirely devoted themselves to the project putting into play individual skills, abilities, experiences and innovative ideas.

The team firmly gathers around shared goals and values. This makes it ready to commit to the project, exchange views with each other and with clients, face new challenges and celebrate success as a team.

Manuele Ceschia: CEO
In charge of the entire MyNet project, he supports each team’s daily work, from marketing to sales. After having transformed MyNet into a Benefit Corporation, Manuele is now committed to spreading the values ​​of social and environmental responsibility at the basis of this new legal form. His favourite module? There is only one answer: that which has not yet been developed.

Federico Carducci: CTO
Directly involved with the customers, he plans MyNet’s customisations and integrations with other management systems. He takes care of the design and development of the platform in order to offer customers a perfect Corporate App. His favourite module? Cabinet, because it allows companies to share files and documents with their internal and external network.

Giulia Di Sopra: Customer success manager
Organizing the DEMOs and the training session for the managers, she illustrates the features of each module allowing them to use the tool at its best. In charge of a team that offers customers continuous support, Giulia strongly believes that the best way to treat a customer is by giving him full attention. Her favourite module? News Feed, because it allows the company to communicate with employees and vice versa, making the staff feel like part of something big and unique.

Giada Gervasi: Innovation Manager
In charge of innovation, organizational development and internationalization in Europe and around the world. She chose MyNet after accidentally discovering the App existence in an article about the best HR tools to be adopted in the company. Her favourite module? Gamification, because it multiplies the value of all the other modules creating a healthy corporate culture.

Yari del Mestre: UX designer
He designs the user interface of the MyNet platform by making it increasingly attractive, simple and intuitive. Based on objective data and feedbacks from users, he takes meticulous care of every detail concerning the User experience. His favourite module? News Feed, because it allows people to interact and communicate with colleagues and managers feeling part of a group.

Giulia Grendene: Content and SEO specialist
Responsible for the creation of SEO friendly content, she is in charge of the writing activities tackling topics related to MyNet and its functionalities and HR trends. She joined the team to carry out a university internship and soon became passionate about MyNet’s project and mission. Her favourite module? Survey, because it allows employees to express themselves and provide feedback to the company feeling part of a reality that appreciates them.

Silvia Tomat: Administrative manager
She deals with the registration of every corporate accounting movement and manages all accounting processes, from incoming and outgoing billing operations to the payment of fees, ensuring full compliance with tax procedures and obligations. Her favourite module? Reservations, because it allows small and large companies to make the most out of their resources and assets.

Marco Del Torre: CRM manager
He manages current and potential customers’ data and keeps track of sales, company turnover and the evolution of commercial negotiations. After his university internship, MyNet has become his official occupation. His favourite module? News Feed, because it is the corporate social network that allows people to communicate and feel part of a group.

Beatrice Peterchiutto: Integrations and Delivery Manager
She makes MyNet communicate with the platforms and software of each customer. Beatrice is the real junction between the Business department and ICT. She follows the various stages of the release of the tool ensuring that it fully responds to customer requests. Her favourite module? All of them: she loves taking care of every module that requires collaboration and interaction between different parties with a clear and effective goal.

Roberto Fabiani: Sales Director
He is responsible for the development of new commercial networks and the management and coordination of the resources involved in the process. He devotes himself to the analysis and management of public tenders and subsidized loans. His favourite module? Expense report, because it allows the preservation of the receipts in digital version avoiding wasting paper and time.

Massimiliano Cervellera: Sales Manager Italy
He is committed to finding new customers and partners and creating with each of them solid human and business relationships. He strongly believes that the key ingredients to happy customers are listening and identifying their real problems. His favourite module? Time Sheet, because there is nothing better than having a clear overview of the progress of each order for a perfect organization.

Patricia Araya: International Sales Developer
Responsible for commercial development in the foreign market, she is a member of AIDDA, the Association of Female Entrepreneurs and Company Managers. She offers qualified support to companies interested in internationalization by operating in Europe and Latin America (Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru). Her favourite module? News Feed, because there is no country where employees don’t like to feel part of a team.

Non-profit organisations support

MyNet actively supports Italian non-profit organisations by offering them free use of the platform. The goal is to supply these organisations with a tool that simplifies their internal and external relationships and the daily activities’ management.

Free training

MyNet is looking for a partner willing to help and offer free training to non-profit organisations’ users who want to improve their skills. The training courses will be carried out, starting from a soft skills assessment test generally reserved for companies.

Transparency

MyNet is committed to annually draw up an official impact report to evaluate and state with clarity and measurably both the achieved goals and those yet to reach.
