MyNet has a team of consultants who support companies during the configuration and release of the platform. They offer complete and ad-hoc training focused on the use of MyNet management software.

The consultant provides direct support to companies from the first moments of the digitisation process. The goal is to ensure managers complete autonomy in the management of the tool.

According to work paces or specific needs, the company itself can choose the preferred support mode: via video calls and screen sharing or in person.

If needed, companies are allowed to request additional training hours.
