The Gamification Module introduces the concept of games and prizes in the working environment to encourage people to repeat virtuous behaviors and participate in corporate life. In fact, Gamification creates a monthly and annual ranking related to users’ engagement level on all modules of the MyNet App.

To allow the algorithm to create the rankings, you need to associate a score between 0 and 1000 to the actions performed by users on the App and then upload an incentive plan that discloses the prizes designed for those who use the platform the most and features that you will have decided to reward more.

Gamification includes over 60 traceable parameters to which you can associate the score you want most depending on the company and community goals. An example? You’ll be able to reward those who provide feedback by answering surveys, those who take the time to train colleagues, or those who offer colleagues a ride to work!
