The Time Bank Module supports sharing skills and know-how within the company and the community, allowing people to make their skills and knowledge available to others. A highly successful feature, even among companies that manage financed training among colleagues and attendance reporting.

Peer-to-peer education is a way to encourage continuous training and is also an excellent solution to increase healthy team building. Users will indicate on the App the topic of the lesson (or lessons) they intend to offer and the hours they wish to make available to others.

Whether it’s communication, graphics, or welding courses, by involving the most experienced people in the community in the training activities, you will also be able to train junior figures at best!

Time bank is ideal for supporting knowledge and know-how sharing in the company. Each employee and independent contractor can freely define on the App the number of hours they want to offer to their colleagues in view of a helpful expertise exchange.
