Customer Success Manager

AREA: Post-sales, training, and customer support – Customer Success Management

HOURS: Full Time

The journey of MyNet customers begins even before the sale, where our consultants get to know the companies and the business dynamics of the sectors where our product is implemented.

This consultative approach is maintained even after the sale; in fact, MyNet assigns each client a dedicated internal resource who continues to support them during the operational phases (Configuration, Training, Support), gaining an in-depth understanding of the people managing the platform, the operational dynamics, and internal needs to continue offering a tailored service.

For this role, we are looking for dynamic profiles with strong communication skills. Flexibility is essential to effectively interact with different types of customers and operational levels within client companies.

Given the digital nature of MyNet, basic IT knowledge is required, which will be supplemented by an internal training program provided by our existing team.

The selected candidate for the Customer Success Management department will be responsible for:

  • configuring the platform based on agreements with the sales department and integrating the tool into the client’s operations
  • training on system usage based on the client’s configuration and purchased modules
  • managing client support and requests, interacting with both system administrators (managers) and end users. If bugs or technical issues arise that require intervention from the technical department, the candidate will report the problems internally and communicate resolutions to the client
  • potential sales of additional services based on specific client needs

Frontend Developer

For our mission, we are looking for a Frontend Developer—a precise and analytical person to work in our Tech Department.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Knowledge of at least one of the major front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
  • Experience integrating with RESTful API services
  • Teamwork skills and ability to interact with the project manager
  • Passion for software development, clean code, and design patterns

DESIDERED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of React Native and experience in mobile development
  • Familiarity with a CSS pre/post-processor (LESS, SASS, PostCSS)
  • Proficiency in TypeScript
  • Experience with reactive programming (RxJS)
  • Understanding of functional programming principles

Backend Developer

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of PHP or (Python, .NET Core, NodeJS, etc.)
  • Experience with the Symfony framework
  • Proven knowledge of an MVC framework for web development
  • Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and SQL
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of the Laravel ecosystem (Sanctum, Telescope, Sail, Forge, etc.)

  • Management and coordination of all project phases: from feasibility and approval to execution
  • Responsibility for project timelines, methodologies, and results
  • Client management: ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining active relationships, and monitoring project outcomes
  • Coordination with the organization’s Project Management team
  • Collaboration with the operations team (team, team leaders, and sales)
  • Preparation of reports and project progress updates to share with stakeholders
  • Proactivity and strong goal orientation, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize urgent tasks
