News Feed

News Feed is a dynamic and versatile module that allows companies to publish and share multimedia content like images, videos, documents, and texts directly through the app. This module not only simplifies spreading information to employees but also enables content sharing on external social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, or via email, making it easier to amplify the company's voice.

News Feed is the heart of the corporate internal communication software because it allows for targeted communications to specific user groups, for example, divided by company location and role, and offers the ability to collect feedback through "likes" and comments. Thanks to its flexibility, Noticeboard adapts to the needs of companies with diverse structures and activities, representing a key tool for effective and targeted communication, both towards the internal community of collaborators and the external community of suppliers, customers, and partners.

The module also allows for measuring the effectiveness of the proposed editorial plan; through an analytics dashboard, it is possible to consult views, clicks on multimedia content, document openings, and actions performed by users in the app.

Chat 

The Chat module is designed to ensure secure and efficient operational communication. Unlike external tools like WhatsApp or Telegram, MyNet's Chat is fully integrated into the corporate environment, ensuring that all data remains within the boundaries of the European Union, as required by GDPR policies.

Chat allows managers to create conversation groups for specific jobs, departments, or projects, thus avoiding unnecessary and inefficient proliferation of unwanted groups. The module supports sending messages, audio, photos, videos, and documents, offering an organized and secure alternative to external messaging channels and providing ideal coordination for field activities and project management.

Cabinet

The Cabinet module is a robust solution for the organization and management of corporate documents. It allows the creation of folders and subfolders to classify and distribute documents such as pay slips, privacy policies, training and safety documents, and promotional materials, and makes it possible to have documents signed with a legally valid electronic signature (FEA and FES), directly in the App. Each document can be consulted directly from the app, and the function of acknowledgment ensures that users have actually viewed the content. Moreover, the Cabinet supports the creation of digital forms to collect information from users, such as reports or requests for assistance, improving efficiency in information management. This module simplifies document access and distribution, promoting a more orderly management and accurate control of corporate documentation by digitizing every paper process.

Surveys

The Surveys module is a crucial tool within an internal communication software as it allows for collecting detailed and structured feedback within the company. It enables managers to create customized questionnaires with mandatory and optional questions, with predefined or free responses, or with requests for uploading multimedia files.

Surveys can be both anonymous and nominal, offering flexibility in gathering employee opinions. Thanks to the integrated Back Office, companies can view responses in real-time and download detailed reports in .xls format. This module speeds up the practices of creating questionnaires for managers and completing them by employees, who can complete the survey from the App, and supports data analysis and response evaluation, facilitating decision-making processes and contributing to continuous improvement of corporate practices, including sustainability, gender equality, and ISO certifications.
