The Events and Training module is designed to facilitate the management of training courses, whether they are in-class, entirely remote, or organized in a hybrid mode. And that's not all! With MyNet, it is also possible to provide users with tutorial content for those who wish to refresh their knowledge, delve deeper into procedures, or review activities to be performed.
With MyNet, companies can organize and monitor every aspect of courses, from tracking attendance to distributing training materials, to sending out evaluation questionnaires that are useful for obtaining feedback on the quality of training provided and ensuring that staff's expectations and training needs are always met. MyNet also features an integrated LMS solution to monitor learning but can be integrated with any existing platform.

The Links module is designed to seamlessly integrate various performance management and growth plan management platforms directly within the MyNet app, offering a unified experience accessible from mobile. This feature allows companies to continue using the tools already in use, ensuring the flexibility needed to adapt to specific organizational needs.
With Links, employees can easily access evaluation and development platforms directly from their mobile device, without the need to navigate between different applications. This improves the user experience, increases resource accessibility, and ensures that employees can monitor their professional growth path wherever they are.

Surveys
The Surveys module is essential for obtaining accurate and timely feedback from employees. This feature allows companies to administer anonymous and nominal surveys on various aspects of performance management and training.
The data collected through the surveys help to improve the quality of courses, assess soft skills, manage stakeholder expectations, and gather evaluations from supervisors. Thanks to the ease of access and the ability to complete surveys via mobile, the MyNet training management software ensures high participation and more representative data, contributing to a more informed and responsive management of human resources.

Gamification
The Gamification module allows the creation of a customized ranking on a monthly and/or annual basis, providing a clear view of individual or team performance. This feature is designed to encourage corporate performance and promote healthy competition, offering a comprehensive and transparent overview of the results achieved.
The module can be easily integrated with external management systems, such as CRMs for sales teams, performance management platforms to evaluate business performance, or ERP systems to reward employee operations. Alternatively, scores can be manually assigned without the need for integrations, using over 80 KPIs mappable through the MyNet Back Office. Managers can assign a specific score for each action, which will be automatically added to the ranking, ensuring precise monitoring of performance and supporting corporate growth and development strategies.

Onboarding
The Onboarding module has been designed to simplify and digitalize the entire process of integrating new employees into the company. Thanks to dynamic and customizable forms, the module enables centralized collection of personal data, documents, and necessary materials, optimizing HR workflow. With the ability to securely share confidential documents in real time and request legally valid electronic signatures, the administrative process of onboarding is made simple and fast.
The module also supports operational integration, allowing the sharing of training materials, guidelines, and tutorials to help new hires familiarize themselves with corporate culture and internal processes. Accessible also from mobile, Onboarding ensures an intuitive and engaging experience, fostering a quick and positive integration into the team.
